We have extensive knowledge of the tourism and hotel sector in the southern part of the island of Gran Canaria, whether you want to buy a hotel complex, or if your intention is to sell it.

Our office has presented contributions to the "Public consultation prior to the initiative for drafting a draft law regulating the tourist use of housing" that the Government of the Canary Islands has in progress.

We are external advisors to the Canary Islands-based hotel company Servatur SA. Our firm works closely with Servatur SA, safeguarding its interests.
